The Bible Teaches
Everyone has sinned.

Romans 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thy heart that God has raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

God "commandeth all men everywhere to repent" (Acts 17:30), to turn from your path of sin which is leading you to hell and to cling to the cross of Christ which will lead you to glory.
Here is a simple prayer that you can pray from your heart:
"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe you took my place when you died on the cross. I believe your shed blood, death, burial, and resurrection were for me. I now receive you as my Savior. Thank you for the forgiveness of my sins, the gift of salvation, and everlasting life. Amen."
